In this session, we’ll explore pleasure and our relationship with our bodies. We’ll reflect on how pleasure shows up in our lives and what influences our connection to it.

This is a safe and open space to share, question, and learn together, without judgment or taboos, while exploring what pleasure means for each of us.

This session is a collaborative space for sharing knowledge, experiences, perceptions, and challenges. We are not medical experts or certified professionals, but passionate advocates for body awareness and empowerment. Our aim is not to provide definitive answers, but to foster open dialogue, mutual support, and collective learning.
