In this workshop, children (6-12) will explore how artists use colour, shape, pattern and texture to create imaginative portraits. The aim is not to create a perfectly realistic face, but to play with shapes and patterns, make personal artistic choices and create a unique portrait full of colour and character.

In this workshop, children (6-12) will become young eco-designers and transform simple cardboard clothing shapes and reused materials into colourful wearable artworks. The aim is not to create perfect clothing, but to experiment freely, and transform everyday waste into a playful and original design.

The workshop begins with a shared reading of David McKee’s Elmer. Through Elmer’s colourful story, children (6-10) will talk about individuality, friendship, belonging and the beauty of being different. Inspired by the book, each child will transform an empty milk carton into a colourful elephant.

In this playful printmaking workshop, children will use flat, LEGO pieces to create their own printing plates. They can follow simple templates or design flowers, animals, trees, geometric patterns and original images.
