This session is an invitation to explore creativity as a natural expression of your body and your cycle. Through simple creative practices such as writing, drawing, or guided exercises, we’ll create space to express, release, and connect with ourselves in a different way.

A playful 90-minute workshop designed for children aged 6-10. Inspired by the idea of layering—like in a lasagna—kids will explore color, pattern, and texture by building vibrant mosaic artworks from colored lasagna. English and Turkish spoken.
